How are the electronics evaluated?2019-09-17T17:41:07+00:00

The electronics are evaluated via multiple steps. While inspecting, the first for us is making sure that the model you have selected is accurate. We assess the physical condition of the item(s) to see if the category you selected matches its description. We look to see for scratches, dents, etc. We also look to see if the item(s) is real or counterfeit, as well as look to see if there was any tampering done to the item. Your item(s) is then checked for water damage and the battery life is also tested. Lastly, we look to make sure that all passwords are removed so we can reset the phone and wipe out all personal information. If your assessment was accurate, we will pay the money instantly. If not, we will offer you a new price, which you can accept, or ask for your item(s) back. Rest assured, at SellPhone360, we give you the most value for your item.

What do I do with my SIM card?2019-09-17T17:42:27+00:00

We do not need your SIM card in order to evaluate your item. You can remove your SIM card prior to bringing us the phone. If you forget, do not worry, we will return your SIM card during our evaluation of your phone.

What does “unlocked” mean?2019-09-17T17:46:17+00:00

A phone that is “unlocked” is one that is not associated with a carrier. An unlocked phone will always have a place to put in a SIM card. If your phone does not accept a SIM card then it is not possible for the phone to be unlocked. As we do offer more money for phones that are “unlocked”, you can ask your carrier to unlock your phone for you and then submit it as an “unlocked” phone for a better price. Please note that iPhone 4S and above can be unlocked. You would have to verify that with your carrier first to see if they can unlock the phone for you.

What if I do not agree with the evaluation of my phone?2019-09-17T17:47:19+00:00

If you do not agree with the evaluation of your phone, you can ask for a re-evaluation where a fresh pair of eyes will evaluate your phone and see if they agree with the evaluation that was done already or if they can bring up the offer amount.

We currently offer two methods of payment – Cash or Check. You’ll be asked to indicate your preference when you bring your phone for inspection.

Your payment will be done instantly to you when we have inspected your item(s) which is typically within 30 minutes.

What if I’m not sure about the condition of my product?2019-09-17T17:51:27+00:00

Don’t worry, just select a condition that you feel is accurate. Once we receive your item(s), we will evaluate it and adjust the offer accordingly.

Please note that the final offer price could end up being higher or lower. We will let you know in either case.

Does SellPhone360.com accept items from outside of the Houston?2019-09-17T17:52:38+00:00

No. At present, we do not accept devices from outside of Houston, Texas.

Is there a limit on the number of items I can sell?2019-09-17T17:53:28+00:00

No. There is no limit, you can sell as many items as you want. However, for bulk sales (10 or more items), please contact us first before creating an offer. All bulk sales are subject to final approval and may be canceled for any reason whatsoever as deemed necessary.

Yes. We make sure that every item that comes into our office is wiped of all data before the payment is made.

What if I am unsure of the model of my item(s)?2019-09-17T17:57:37+00:00

Most items have their model type or number on the inside of the phone under the battery. If you still aren’t able to figure out what item you have, contact us via email, or give us a call and one of our representatives will be more than happy to assist you. Or, directly bring the device to our inspection office and we will assist you.

Depending on which item you have selected, you may have the option of selecting the accessories that you are including with your cellphone. For any items in the “Brand New” condition, we expect all accessories to be included as we pay a premium for these items.
